Fresh of the heels of his Freaks & Geeks EP, actor, Donald Glover, better known in music circles as Childish Gambino has yet another project floating in the blogosphere–an unofficial mixtape titled, I Do Not Talk. You may recognize Donald Glover as character, Troy, on NBC’s Community. When he’s not acting, writing (He used to be a writer for Emmy award-winning show, 30 Rock), or even hosting (Glover hosted MTV’s “Woody Awards” this month) he’s rapping and singing under his pseudonym, Childish Gambino.
Part comedy, groupie chronicles and revenge of the nerds soundtrack, CG finds his niche as the “smart middle class black kid” over indie influenced rap tracks, or rap influenced indie tracks–you decide. I Do Not Talk download and stream of his last album, Culdesac, after the jump.
